On October 2-3, 2024, students from five European countries attended the Digital Professional Selling Workshop in Athens, Greece.
This two-day workshop introduced university students to key areas of digital professional selling, covering topics like professional selling basics, sales leadership, digital selling, and sales analytics.
Participants engaged with the latest research in digital sales and took part in hands-on activities to reinforce their learning. Solving a real-world case study allowed students to apply what they learned to practical sales scenarios. This workshop was part of the ERASMUS+ CustMas project, which brings together five European universities to develop effective Business-to-Business Customer Management skills and curriculum resources for students interested in the field.
