Development of curriculum for higher education
The target for IO4, according to the description of work in the application for funding, is twofold.
- To develop the curriculum for a postgraduate level training program in the field of “customer management education” based on the findings of the “skills identification and empirical validation” work that was done in IOs 1-3.
- To “pilot a course” based on the curriculum design, in a “summer school … hosting students from the participating member countries”.
It should be noted here, that the CustMas team succeeded in securing dissemination of the outcomes of IO4 at the prestigious Industrial Marketing and Purchasing (IMP) Academic Conference - an international network of scholars focused on business-to-business marketing, purchasing, innovation, and management.
Specifically, the consortium has submitted a proposal for a “special track” presentation of CustMaS IO4 White Paper in the official program of IMP 2025 Conference (20-22 August 2025, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden).
The results of intellectual output 4 are presented in a white paper that can be downloaded here.
